Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured with signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.

$65 FedEx Next-Day Delivery for each address within the United Sates. Orders placed before 12:00PM MST Monday through Friday will be delivered the following day if no shipping exceptions apply. Orders submitted on Saturdays will ship the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Sunday, Monday and Holiday delivery is not available. If a delay is anticipated, we will contact you immediately.

Currently Tayloe Piggott Jewelry accepts online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and does not ship internationally. International shipments may be accommodated with assistance from a sales ambassador at 307.733.0555.

 

Returns

Should you need to return an item, we offer returns on regular-priced orders within 72 hours of receipt. Product must be unworn, in original condition, in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt.

To initiate a return, Contact 1.307.733.0555 or email jewelry@tayloepiggotgallery.com for a return label that will be sent to the original email address associated with the order. Return shipments must be initiated by Tayloe Piggott Jewelry. A refund to the original payment type will be issued less shipping services if all stated requirements are met. Special orders, trunk show orders and sale items are final sale.

Returns will be processed upon receipt and an email confirmation will be sent. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to post.
